FAQ

The same questions and answers as the Help page in the app.

What does it cost? Are there fees on my trades?

You pay the plan: a monthly price for each bot, plus any add-ons you choose. AllenHark takes no share of your trades.

Every trade also pays Solana's network and priority fees, plus a small tip to the AllenHark relay that sends your transaction to the network. We show all of it next to your PnL, so you always see what trading cost you.

How much SOL do I need?

We suggest 0.5–1 SOL to start trading with, on top of the plan. It stays in your bot's own wallet on your server, not with us, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.

You don't need any SOL to begin: your bot practises with virtual SOL first.

What happens after I pay?

We set up your private server and install your bot. It takes about 4 minutes, and we email you when it's ready (and send you an alert on Telegram or Discord if you've connected one).

Then your bot practises with 10 virtual SOL on real new launches. Home shows how it does as it goes (switch to Practice), and you choose how careful it should be, add SOL and go live when you're ready.

Can AllenHark touch my SOL?

No. Your bot's wallet is created on your own private server and only that server holds the key. We can't move your SOL, and nobody at AllenHark will ever ask for your key or PIN.

Withdrawals only go to addresses you saved yourself, with your PIN.

How do I get my money out?

Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, pick one of your saved addresses and enter your PIN. A new address needs your PIN and an email confirmation, and can be used 24 hours later, so nobody can add one behind your back.

What's the difference between practice and live?

In practice your bot trades real launches with virtual SOL (10 to start), so you can see how your settings do without risking anything. Practice numbers are grey and marked Practice.

Live uses the real SOL in your wallet. You choose when to go live; practice and live are never added together.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Most new tokens go to zero, and a bot can lose on many trades in a row. Practise first, set a stop loss, and only put in SOL you're comfortable losing. A budget and a daily loss limit are there if you want them.

How do I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel: if you don't renew, your plan ends. Your bots then only sell what they hold for 3 days, trading stops, and you have 7 more days to withdraw before your server is suspended. A suspended server is never destroyed. Billing shows the exact dates.

To stop sooner, use Pause all at the top: pause buying, stop and sell everything, or stop and keep your tokens.

Do I need any add-ons?

No. Most people start with none. Assisted setup, Managed, the AI strategy assistant and Priority support are there if you want help, and you can add them later from Billing.

How is this different from a Telegram trading bot?

Many Telegram bots run on shared servers and keep your key on their side. Here your bot runs on its own private server, only that server holds the key, and it follows the limits you set even when you're not watching.

We do have Telegram and Discord bots, but they only send alerts. You can't trade from them, and they never ask for anything.

How do I know it's really AllenHark?

We never message you first, and we never ask for your key, PIN or seed phrase, or ask you to send SOL. Anyone who does is a scammer. Only trust allenhark.com, our Discord, X @allenhark and GitHub AllenHark-Inc.

Still have a question?

Email support@allenhark.com or ask in our Discord. The troubleshooting page covers what to do when the bot buys nothing or a sell fails.
