getStakeMinimumDelegation

Returns the stake minimum delegation in lamports. This is the minimum amount of SOL that can be delegated to a validator. Knowing this value is important when creating stake accounts or building staking UIs, as attempting to delegate less than this amount will result in a transaction failure. The value may change across network upgrades.
