Limits and safety

Your limits are enforced on your server, by the bot itself, at the moment it buys or sells. They don't depend on the web app being open, on your phone, or on AllenHark.

The limits you set

LimitWhat it doesWhen it's on
BudgetNever more than this much SOL in open trades at once, across every launchpad. A buy that would go over is skipped.Optional. Off until you set it.
Daily loss limitOnce today's closed trades have lost this much, buying stops until midnight (your local time). Selling carries on.Optional. Off until you set it.
Stop lossA token that falls this far below what the bot paid is sold in full.Always, on both bots (−30 % on a new bot).
Most tokens at onceThe bot holds at most this many tokens; set by your Style.Always.
Spend per tokenEach buy costs this much. With a budget, at most a quarter of it.Always.

Strategy shows the worst case for your settings as one number, "Max at risk", the most SOL that can be in trades at once. Without a budget the app says so plainly: "No limit on how much can be in trades (set a budget)".

A stop loss is not a guarantee of the price you get. A new token can drop a long way between two price updates, and a token can be impossible to sell at all (a rug). The stop loss limits most losses; it can't limit all of them. See the risk disclosure.

Pausing and stopping

Every bot page has Pause buying as its main action. Stop sits in the "⋯" menu, so it can't be pressed by accident.

ActionWhat happens
Pause buyingThe bot stops buying and keeps managing what it holds: stop loss, take profit and the rest still run. Resume any time.
Stop and sell everythingThe bot sells every open position at the market price, then stops. Asks you to confirm.
Stop and keep tokensThe bot stops. Tokens stay in your wallet and show under Tokens held, where you can sell each one, or hand it back to the bot when you start it again.

Pause all, at the top of every page, offers the same three choices for every bot at once. Use it if you want everything to stop now.

The app also asks you to confirm before other big actions: going live, a budget above half of your wallet, and turning a launchpad on.

If your plan lapses

Nothing is cancelled behind your back, and nothing you own is destroyed. If a plan isn't renewed, it winds down in three steps. Billing, Home and your alerts show the exact dates in advance.

WhenWhat happensWhat you can still do
Plan endsYour bots stop buying.Everything except new buys.
First 72 hours: only sellingThe bots keep selling what they hold by your rules, so nothing is left unmanaged.Sell by hand, withdraw, renew. Renewing starts buying again.
Then 7 days: trading stoppedThe bots stop completely, including automatic selling.Sell by hand and withdraw your SOL. Renew to start again.
After that: suspendedThe server is suspended. It is never destroyed, and your wallet stays on it.Renew, or contact us, to bring it back.

Withdraw your SOL during the 7 days if you don't plan to renew. Because only your server holds the key, AllenHark can't send it to you.

You get an alert on Telegram or Discord before the plan ends, when buying stops, and when trading stops (if you connected alerts).
